Massages

There are various types of massage, from the well-known traditional Swedish Massage, to Aromatherapy.

Swedish Massage
If you are considering this as part of your ongoing health routine you will have made an excellent choice.

This is a rejuvenating work-out. After you have completed a training routine, whether it's taking part in a 10K run, cycling, long-distance canoeing, rock-climbing, or walking!

Aromatherapy
If your preference is for something a little more relaxing and gentle, then we would suggest an alternative would be an Aromatherapy treatment.

We use a combination of different techniques and pressures. These are designed to provide the body's systems with just the right amount of release from tension and stress.

See how improvements could be made to your muscle tone when you have regular, ongoing treatments. Your muscle fibres become lengthened and straigtened, blood flow can improve and this in turn helps your body to carry required nutrition more effectively within your body.
